If there has been an error on our part or you have received an incorrect or defective item we will give you a refund or exchange. We accept returns or exchanges only if the candle is unused and unlit.
If an item breaks during shipping Hi-Fi Candle Studio will replace it if photographic evidence is provided first. This process involves us filing an insurance claim so please hold on to the broken item.
If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number. If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps:
1) Verify the shipping address is correct and that you have a mailbox with your name on it.
2) Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. roommate, family member, neighbor etc).
3) Bring the tracking to your local post office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information.
4) If it has been 21 days after shipment and you've done steps 1-3 send us a message to let us know.
Hi-Fi Candle Studio is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (for instance tracking labels that read "Delivered" but you have not received).
Hi Fi Candle Studio is also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologize, but it is out of our control. We suggest filing a complaint with the USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
Please contact Hi-Fi Candle Studio within 14 days of delivery. The item must then be shipped back to use within 30 days of delivery.
At Hi-Fi Candle Studio, your satisfaction with our product is our number one priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. If it’s unlit and undamaged, we might be able to give a refund or provide an alternative. You will be responsible for shipping both ways and Hi-Fi Candle Studio will not reimburse in any event.
Orders typically ship within 1 business day and arrive within 2-3 days once shipped. We offer USPS Priority service for a flat rate of only $5 anywhere in the USA for orders under $35. All orders $35 and up ship for FREE!
We do not currently ship internationally, but are planning to ship other countries in the future. Please follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest @hificandle for updates.
We are happy to include samples with your order, so if you would like us to include a sample of any of our scents, please ask! We will always do our best to accommodate your request. Please understand that due to high shipping costs and the volume of requests, we are unable to mail out individual samples at this time.

We keep our collection of candles fully stocked and available. If there has been high demand and we are out of stock, it will take 1-3 days to handcraft your order. We will be sure to notify you right away if we expect any delays.
We ship Monday-Saturday (except postal holidays) from our studio in Queen Creek, Arizona.
Domestic candles and orders over 13 oz will ship in Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service.
All materials used in the shipping of your candle are recycable.

Currently we do not have the ability to make individual mixes. Our candle scents are painstakingly created and scientifically measured for the ultimate scent combination.
If your purchase is being sent as a gift, no problem! Simply fill in the recipient's address in the Shipping section at checkout. We always package items nicely and never include the price.

Carefully measured perfume quality essential and synthetic fragrance oils mixed into a premium-blend of soy wax. Hand-poured in Arizona to create candles that when lit fill the room.
We carefully curate and select scent combinations to give you the ultimate fragrance candles . To do this we’ll use essential and synthetic oils. Our focus is always to give you the best scented premium candle possible.
Our candles are non-traditional scents. They are our artistic interpretations of moments in music and may not agree with everyone's interpretation.
Our candles use soy wax and frosting is a side-effect of that. Soy wax is 100% natural and makes for a cleaner, non-toxic burn. Frosting is normal and does not impact the scent or strength of the candle.
Hi-Fi Candles release no toxins when burned.
All wax products should be kept out of reach of children and pets. Despite a small amount of wax not being harmful we recommend going to a physician if this happens.
Wood wicks rank as one of the top candle trends in 2019. Not only are they organic and natural, they provide the best, most luxurious candle experience available.
We care about the future and only use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood wicks. This means our wicks come from USA mills and responsibly managed forests only.
Whereas cotton crops require huge amounts of water and industrial fertilizer. This can pollute surrounding water and damage soil. Due to the large amounts of fertilizer used, cotton crops also contribute to climate change.
A wood wick will release your candles scent up to 35% quicker and more evenly than a cotton wick. This means your candles scent will fill the room quicker and more abundantly.
When lit, a wood wick comes to life with soft glows, a wide flickering flame, and soft sounding crackles. These combine to create a warm, welcoming, and romantic ambience.
In a recent study, 96% of people said wood wick candles are more calming than cotton wicks. Plus 92% of people stated wood wick candles create more ambience.
TRIM: For optimum performance, we recommend trimming wood wicks to 0.2" between burns. Caution: Never trim the wick of a candle that has not fully cooled to room temperature.
BURN: It's best to burn our candles in cycles of 2-3 hours, especially when your candle is new. This will achieve what is known as a full melt pool, which ensures an even burn + maximizes scent throw.
EXTINGUISH: To extinguish the flame, you may use a candle snuffer, or gently blow the flame out. Use caution when blowing out a flame to avoid splashing hot wax.
STORE: When not in use, store candles upright in a cool, dry environment, avoiding direct sunlight.

Please keep the wood wick trim. Do this by gently crumbling the completely burnt wood wick tip only. Please ensure the wax pools to the edge of the container on the first burn. Each time you burn your candle, allow the entire top layer to become a fragrant pool of liquid wax and you'll get the biggest, boldest scent possible.
Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too high or flickers repeatedly. Let the candle cool, maintain the wick, and check for unwanted drafts before re-lighting. Always keep the candle within your sight. If you are going to leave the room, be sure to first blow out all the candles. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room. Don’t burn too many candles in a small room or in a “tight” home where air exchange is limited.
For a margin of safety, discontinue burning a candle when ½ inch remains.
As scent sensitivity varies so greatly from person to person, we load our candles with the highest amount of fragrance oil possible. We want your candles to last longer and travel further!
Up to one year! Make sure it's stored in a cool environment to prevent premature melting and keep it’s lid on to preserve the scent.
Make sure all candles are extinguished before going to bed. Keep burning candles away from all flammable objects. Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets. Maintain wicks before each use. Burn candles no longer than 2 hours at a time. Don’t burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish if the flame gets too close to the container. For safety, discontinue using a candle when less than ½ inch of wax remains. Extinguish a candle if the flame becomes too big or smoky. Keep burning candles away from strong drafts. Only place candles on stable, heat-resistant surfaces. Keep the wax pool free of debris. Always burn candles in well-ventilated room. Don’t move a burning candle. Never extinguish candles with water.
